I was planning on dressing up for Halloween, but last minute I managed to pull this costume together and only spent about $3 total on the whole thing:

White Gloves: Latex Gloves from work
Shoes: Shoes for Crews
Pants: J.Crew
Shorts: J.Crew
Shirt: H&M
*The only thing purchased for the entire costume!
